Although I had lost faith in getting the appropriate mental health support, I took a final leap of faith and Rebecca did not disappoint. It was the best decision ever. When I started seeing Rebecca I was in a very dark place and unable to process my emotions. I lacked the tools to deal with my depression, my chronic suicidal thoughts, and my panic attacks.
